Refund Policy

Techa2z Support Inc Refund Policy


We take utmost care about the packages purchased by our customers through the purchase form both online and offline. We always strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers related to the Techa2z Support Inc services. But, if some time things go wrong or in the unlikely event related to the Techa2z Support Inc, we do have refund policy for our customers.

There are some eligibility criteria for refund of amount, which are as follows:-

• Full refund for Incident based plan: If issue is not resolved within 7 days and customer is not satisfied with the support services, can ask for full refund by sending an email to info@techa2zsupport.com

For subscription based plan:

• Quarter Plan: You will be eligible for full refund if none of the issues are resolved within 15 days after registration.

• If at least one or more issues are resolved and customer still wants refund of his/her amount before time period defined in the agreement then partial refund will be done, after deducting the service charge of One Incident per computer.

• Six Months/One Year: You will be eligible for full refund if none of the issues are resolved within 30 days after registration.

• If at least one or more issues are resolved and customer still wants refund of his/her amount before time period defined in the agreement then partial refund will be done after deducting the service charge of One Incident per computer.

Incident based plan:

• Not eligible for any refund if the case is closed as resolved after customer’s permission.

• Not eligible for any refund if within a week the case gets closed as resolved after customer’s permission.

• Not eligible for any refund if customer does not notify us either by email or phone calls in case of reoccurring of the same issue within seven days.

Quarter Plan:

• Not eligible for any refund if one or more issues are resolved after customer’s permission OR 15 days of subscription have passed.

• Not eligible for any refund if multiple cases which are fixed and something goes wrong on the computer after 15 days of subscription due to hardware damage; however services will be continued on the existing computer or can be switched to a new computer.

• Not eligible for any refund if customer does not notify us either by email or phone calls in case of reoccurring of the same issue within 15 days.

Six Months/One Year:

• Not eligible for any refund if one or more issues are resolved after customer’s permission OR 30 days of subscription have passed.

• Not eligible for any refund if multiple cases which are fixed and something goes wrong on the computer after 30 days of subscription due to hardware damage; however services will be continued on the existing computer or can be switched to a new computer.

• Not eligible for any refund if customer does not notify us either by email or phone calls in case of reoccurring of the same issue within 30 days.
